Before
you start, please have the following information handy:
To
Pay Online
Fill out the Membership Application -- make sure all
required fields are filled in. You will then come to
the payment page. Select
the appropriate membership type and click the "Add to Cart" button to
add the membership to your shopping cart. Change the quantity of memberships as
needed. When you are done, click the "View Cart" button, and then the "Checkout" button. If you already
have a Paypal account, please sign in to pay, if you do not have a Paypal
account, click on the "Click Here" button and follow the screen
prompts. This will create a Paypal Account for you and allow you to pay for your
membership. Once the check out process is complete, please click the
Membership Application button, fill out the form, and then
click the Submit button. This will transmit your information
to us. Once we receive your information, your TMA will be
mailed to you. Click on the
Limited Liability Statement button to begin.
To
Pay by Check or Money Order
Fill out the online membership application, print it
FIRST,
and then click the "Submit" button. This will send your information to
the club for processing while we wait for your payment to arrive. Your TMA will
be mailed upon receipt of your payment. Please
do not send cash. Please mail the
printed copy of your application with your payment to:
